damn thing is kicking my but. I am getting a ton of smoke on startups. At what point should the combustion blower start on startup? I put in a new ignitor this fall and maybe it is starting the pellets faster and the blower is kicking on late ...sorry for my ramblings I am working midnights this week and I am kinda out of it.

    sequence i see

pellet feed + room blower start

    pellets stop

    pellets ignite

a few minutes later ( and lots of smoke) the combustion blower starts and everything is good...

should the combustion blower be starting earlier?

The combustion blower should start when you press the start button or the thermostat calls for heat.
