It sort of looks like an Enviro Windsor, except it's too narrow and the knob is in the wrong place ...

Looks just like an Enviro Windsor/Empress design- just thinner must be some European design tho- looked like enviro styling tho.

That is an early Empress, say 2003-2005. It looks thinner because the aspect ratio of the video is wrong.

You can have the outer cast door swing either way on the empress
