what can you all tell me about this stove. Looked at one today. Hadn't run in over a year. Plugged it in and board lights up. Combustion blower runs but noticed auger not feeding. Could see auger bushing was spinning but no pellets fed. Set screw or maybe jammed? It's got a hopper full of pellets that have been sitting in it for quiet a while. No door handle but looks like some kind of an Allen key would open and close. Also noticed it has s huge ash bin for a small stove. No latch of any kind to secure ash bin tight

Can download the manual:) Door handle tool has hex end. Do you get any error lights? Try the dollar bill test on the door gasket? Ash pan does not look to be sealed but have to ensure ash dumps are in place and secure.
