After two years of listening to the vibration of my convection fan I finally decided to take the advice on this forum and fix it. I did't take pictures but I must say it is nice to have a fan going with only the sound of the fan.

I didn't have a balancer so I used a phillips head screw driver braced to a post with a furniture clamp. Used some WD-40 to make it spin better. After about 20 times I figured where the heavy side was and then started putting on heavy staples using needle nosed pliers. No vibration just the normal fan noise. It took 4 staples before the fan would stop at random.
