Sorry only a certified Oinker is allowed to dispose of hazardous waste pellets, Dexter is both an Oinker and certified (in what, we haven't figured out yet, but rest assured the best staff at the state hospital are assessing his condition as he posts).

Sets are hardwood so you should prolly use that setting. Never had your type of quad stove though, so not too sure what the settings do.

Now, now, don't don't go helping the 'set hog.

The Oinkers are trying to make of with his stash.

Them 'sets must be totally defective and therefor turned over to the hazardous pellet disposal service run by the Oinkers.

Haha I've already been to his house to get the sets so Im one step ahead of you! If I help him maybe I'll score a discount.

Seriously though I never let my stove get as dirty as I saw in the pic OMV posted.

You could also try burning them in the stove in your garage and see if you get the same buildup. Just point the exhaust hole out the door and fire it up.

    Nobody's closer...I'll take 'em!!!

OMV, I tossed a bag of the GS in my hopper last week (don't ask me why, I hate NEWP) and got VERY similar growths on my impingement plate.

    I don't think it's the Somersets

Green Supreme's left all kind of crap in my stove last year...Doesn't look like an issue to me, but if you're giving them away, I will follow Mad Dog with our trailers and rid you of those lame pellets (Anything to help a fellow Hearth.comer!!

So i talked to my dealer he said switch to Hardwood setting get more air. So far i notice some ash exiting out the flue So i guess thats a good thing

These guys at alternative heating in acushnet ma are about as solid of a dealer your gonna find. Luke will go out of his way to serve you he has for me.
I guarantee you wont find a better deal
Usually with prices so cheap it usually tells you the service sucks and they only want to pump out stoves. Not the case here

No barley or rice setting either.

Hey OMV why did you buy such a limited capability device when you could have purchased a nice cheap second hand Whitfield and had a decent bucket of parts?
