BioBricks in Clayton wood furnace

    i have a clayton wood furnace which is attached to my forced hot air heating system. I have been trying to figure out the best way to operate this unit. The biobricks are very difficult to get lit and it appears like i am burning through the bricks fast and not getting allot of heat. Any tips would be appreciated
