Anybody familiar with their product line? I'm thinking maybe keyman, since they're based in Worcester, MA.

I ran into the owner at a trade show in Pennsylvania. He had a big, wastewood-burning furnace that he said is a direct descendant of the G&S;Mill line of small industrial boilers and furnaces, previously based in Marlboro, MA, I believe. G&S;had a good rep and a number of sawmills in the Northeast installed them to burn slab and other wood residue.

Anyway, they're too big for residential use, but the guy said that they have installations in populated areas like NYC, where they cleanly burn things like crating, pallets and wooden manufacturing residue.
