We have a Black Bart model 3200 insert used as a stand-alone stove, but the doors do not have glass inserts and we would like to view the fire. Is there anywhere we could find glass insert replacement doors or a screen that will fit this model? We know that they are out of business but would love to find something used or something for another brand or model that would fit. It is hard to find measurements for stove accessories. Thank you.

Probably would have to find an entire stove with glass. Finding replacement doors for any older stove is dumb luck. Chances are they would not fit the hinge plates without adjusting and welding in position for the new doors. Foundries had many patterns for doors and they were fitted to center and seal for each set.

Adding a screen may be possible, but it needs to lock on. With open door burning and screen in place it will burn fast with little heat. You would need a flue damper and close it partially until smoke rolls in at top. Open slightly to allow smoke to evacuate. This becomes your only fire control.
