Buck 94NC Top Sagging

The Buck 91 I ran was constructed a bit differently I think, since it's a cat stove. That sunken part on yours is the top of the actual firebox, correct? Or does blower air come out under the front lip of that top? Assuming that's the actual top, the smoke is routed under the baffle and past the tubes to be burned, then goes around the front of the baffle and back to the flue exit, is that right? Do you ever see big flame ignited by the tubes go around the front of the baffle, where it could be hitting the top?
Do you have a stove top meter? Where is it, and what temps do you get there with a hot fire?

Feeling the Heat
It looks like the top is not part of the actual firebox. According to the manual their are vents below it.
May be obvious advice, I'd call Buck. I spoke with them before when shopping for a stove and they were very nice and easy to talk with. Despite me being a novice and asking basic questions they never treated me as such.

Ah, OK. I looked at the manual, but missed those vents.
Yep, the couple of times I called them, they were helpful.
Without access to the stove top to place a meter on the 91, I had one on the front.
