Thanks to the couple of people who responded to my original question "Has anyone ever used one of these inserts before?"
It seems that the post was deleted because I can't find it anywhere. So I will try this again...Has anyone ever used this model and what are the pros and cons?

I have also found that Lennox makes some small inserts. Does anyone have any experience with them?
