    I've got this thread going with two new guys having similar problems with a VC Everburn insert -

    Everburn problem!

    So far I'm the only regular that's been posting in an effort to help them out, and I'm running out of ideas! Could I get some help from the guru squad? :coolsmile: (I'm surprised not to have already heard from the rest of you)
