Hello All !!! Has anyone tried or do any chainsaw wood carvings? I have been running saws for years and never even thought of doing any carvings until now. My wife bought me a bear carving for my X-mas gift. :) I thought I would give it a try and if does not come out good, you know what next years wood will look like. So if anyone has some good info or links that would be a start. Thanks Fespo

There is a guy in Sussex County , N.J.
He is AMAZING !!!! He always does a show at the county fair. I've seen him make Eagles, Bears, and assorted wildlife in a matter of 10 minutes.
He is truely an artist !!
I'm sure if you google : chainsaw carving in Sussex County N.J. ....you can see some samples of his work.

A bit of ice sculpting gets done with chainsaws, too.

My artistic capabilities result in sawdust.
