Chimney bracket needed

Does anyone make a 12" hoop and bracket that would attach to the fascia boards of my eaves? Kinda like an antenna mast mount but way bigger...
Previous owner rigged up a strap/wires & screw eyes but that looks pretty ghetto & is rusting.
