    Made another 25lb of summer sausage, this is just out of the smoker after the ice bath. Finishing the cooling outside on the deck, I will post some pics of sliced up pieces in the morning. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1356400948.427598.jpg

    Damm swags......that looks good! I've been too busy to do any meat processing with the deer I got this year, next year will be a different story. I butcher, process, and smoke my own game as well. I want to build a new smoker eventually......it'll be total REDNECK. Might even build it out of stone, cause I love working with that stone so damm much!!
