I seem to be having trouble sweeping my liner and am looking for help. There appears to be a bar blocking part of the part of the brush out of the top of the stove and into the liner. Has anyone else had this problem? The brush is unable to extend up the chimney. Any and all help is appreciated.

If the bar you mention is right at the stove collar, I'm guessing this would be there to help prevent damage to the baffle should someone not remove it before cleaning top down?
