Clearance for deep side trim

I'm thinking of buying a Harman Accentra Insert for installation into an existing masonry fireplace. All of the dimensions seem to work out except one: D specifies 6" from the stove body to 3/4" wooden trim. My trim is 1.5" deep, how much clearance do I require?

What is the distance to the side trim? Does this insert have the cast iron surround?

It's best to ask Harman support if they have this information.
