I thought I'd share this. I didn't even realize it was in that great of condition, you can cleary see the part numbers and I haven't even cleaned them yet. Single owner and most of its life, it has been sitting in a garage. I drove 9 hours one direction to pick it up. I haven't began to restore yet but will be doing so very soon.

Congrats on the Coal Bear! I've never seen those grates in that great condition before.

I have fir tree xl and there very comparable to move weight wise.

Are you sure it's an XL? The XL has a 10" flue.

It looks like someone made a reducer to reduce the vent from 10" to 8". Very cool!
