conv fan stays on auger moter keeps feeding

    I have a pellet stove grizzly ultimate achiever, I start it manual feed it till it gets hot and it wont start auto feed, I hit the ager mode button and even on setting one it continuasly feeds, the only way to stop it is to shut off the main switch, the conv van stays on one you plug it in and wont shot off till you unplug, what is wrong? the conv fan is the one that blowes the air around the stove into the room right?
