That looks like the predecessor to the Lennox Elite E260 insert. I don't know about this specific model, except that it is a big baby. In general, Country makes good stoves. Lennox bought them out a few years ago.
 
Thanks, BG. It went for $620. And somebody got sniped BAD in the last few seconds....poor fellow says "I got it! I got it! I got it!...I AIN'T got it!"
