Anyone know a good way to measure how many cords of wood is on a woodlot? Also the bhd scale for standing trees? I am looking at purchasing woodland and would like to figure approximately how many cords are on the lot.

Someone posted on that (estimating cord wood at breast height) a while back. You might try a search. Wish I could give you more info but will later if I find something or if no one else posts.
