I am installing a new model 3000 wood stove and the air intake won't move. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The owners manual wasn't any help and I can't find a number to call for support. Thanks in advance.

Reason I asked is that they might have "locked" the air lever for transportation purposes.

Maybe a US Stove 3000 owner will chime in with a suggestion, but it might be time to "make the stove yours" by starting to take things apart to get to the slide and see how that works and find out what's going on in there.
