Sez..."Turn down the T-stat"... I just did as it was 76 this morning when I woke up and I turned it down to 74!
 
I was particularly interested in the link for the fuel comparison calculator. I plugged in my costs for last year and it indicated a fuel savings of $333 per year @ $2.64 per gal and $190 per ton. This is a BTU to BTU comparison. My actual fuel savings last year were $457. While I was not heating the whole house their numbers show a signifant savings even if I did.
