What are you guys out there using, I have the Lopi Large Hybrid insert that comes with a small, Travis Industries digital display for the catalyst. Only issue for me, the temp display only stays on for 60 seconds. I want something that is on display all the time and something I can see from 10-12 feet away.. Would also be interested in any wireless (IOT) setup's that anyone has..

Thanks!

My thread for a DIY IoT style setup for cat, stovetop, and stack monitoring.

If you’ve done any IoT projects, it will be pretty easy to do something similar to for your needs.

Otherwise, if you want a commercial unit, Auber and Thermoworks might have setups that would work for you. Thermoworks has a 2-channel system with cloud datalogging, but it’s a little spendy.

I have a TR-75WF (https://www.tandd.com/product/tr7wfnw_series.html) that has an always-on lcd display. One thermocouple is the flue, and one more is sitting on the stovetop at the moment. Once I got it set up I can get graphs like this one where I took far too long to get a cold start going: Digital - Always On Temp gauge
