Do I need to adjust my oil pump on Husky 460?

I'm using about half of the oil reservoir for each full tank on my rancher 460. Getting nice spray off the tip, No issues. Still wondering if that's ok. should I adjust it?

Only if you are getting excessive heat or chain stretch while cutting. It also depends on the oil you are using and what you are using the saw for.

I agree with above.. To me it doesn't matter oil used vs gas burned as long as the bars not dry and the chains not heating up

I adjust the oiler based on the largest bar I use. When I switch to a shorter bar, I guess it's just gonna get a little extra oil.
