Does anybody else's airwash glow?

Does anybody else's airwash glow red when the stove is cruising? Seems this year I notice it glowing more often and it only happens when the front air tube and baffle support are red. Its actually warped the perforated part some. If you look real hard you can see it in the photo

Here's another pic. You can see its sucked in in two places in the center. The white stuff is ash dust and not discoloration

Yes my Liberty would do the same thing. I had to replace the support bars across the top once and even had them made with heavier steel.
