when i woke up this morning there was a smell in my house of smoke . never did that before then when downstair to check up the stove and notice that the auger motor had no interval time bettween cycle, so the pot was overflowing and the flame was crazy.(make me think when the stove start up after it feed the pot to start it up usually the motor stop so it give a chance to the stove to light up and then kick back on but probably kept going feeding it up so when it lights up it make a big puff of smoke.)
i do beleive when the auger feed the pot it stop for 10 to 15 sec or so to let the pellets burned and then go on again. but after 1 mins maybe it was still feeding the pot never stop.
anyways i did contact sbi waiting for their reply.
just wondering if anybody have this problem before.
