    Green Teams give good heat with a little extra ash. Seeing you have a Harman, shouldn't be a problem. They're selling for $275 up here in Maine, but less down your way. Burned them for the last 2 years till Lowe's raised the price. I'd jump on them that price.

    Thanks I just called the guy, turns out he is only about 2 miles away also and will haul them to me. Have to take a deal when you can find it I guess.

    I just received the spring sale sheet from my local supplier;

    "Buy your wood pellets for next winter now. The price of pellets will follow the price of oil. Waiting for the price of pellets to drop only makes sense if you believe the price of oil is going to drop substantially. I don't believe it will happen before the heating season."

    4/1-14
    $255 Hamer
    $245 Barefoot
    $212 GAP

    4/15-30
    $265 Hamer
    $255 Barefoot
    $217 GAP

    After 4/30 Who knows?

    Hmmm, might have to bite for two tons, then wait to see what comes up at Lowes over the summer for my other two. Cash is tight, son's tuition coming up.

    What's the "normal" going rate for Barefoot?

    More proof nature is better at it than any of the weather people. Not many jobs where you can be wrong that much and still keep getting paid. ;em

    At first I didn't feel that much heat coming out and that the GT had an edge on that department but then it seems to be throwing a good heat after all, hand test though....:p
