EF3 blower is not blowing much for 1st half the dial

    I have a EF3 that is an insert latley when I turn the dail for the blower the blows hot air into my room
    the fan does not kick on until its at the half way mark......I cleaned it at the end of the season last year.. worked well after that ..I have used it 10 times this year and notice this problem...It would be nice to have more power on high.
