    hello all
i just purchased a envro empress in antiqe white. and when i cleaned it for the first ime i just noticed that the cleaning rod for the heat exchanger tubes leak out. but it still burns good. the reason for this post is that i don't seem to get the pellets to burn propely i think. this is my first pellet stove. and it seems if i let it burn on a low setting the ash pot fills up and over flows. i have the setiing a 2 ms and burning new eng;and pellets. and also i noticed that the ash fall through the ash liner they just clump up there. am i doing something wrong or the dampner not set right? pellets bad? or is it just me being to picky. stove heats my jumbo cape with ease.will post picks and install on next post.

    great site
