Englander 10 cvd auger keeps jamming

Hi everyone
My Englander pellet stove auger keeps binding
I thought maybe the motor was getting weak so I replaced it and now it is worse it will do a couple of turns then get stuck(empty with no pellets in it ) I cant find any info on alignment any ideas would be great

I would try some pb blaster and try freeing it up first last resort woulfd be to cut the stirring shaft but leave enough out of the coller you coud get vise grips on to try and get it apart at a later date
