Stove was running fine, turned it off one night and now it will not feed pellets. I haven't had the time to diag it yet but planning to in the next few days. Quick question if the igniter is bad will this prevent the stove from sending signal to the auger motor? When I turn the stove on the auger led doesn't flash or feed pellets.

No. The vacuum switch is one control of the auger. Clean the stove out from intake to vent rain cap.
