Have you ever heard of a Garrison Woodstove? We were given one by a friend and are trying to find out what kind of quality it is, etc.. If you have any info that could help us we would greatly appreciate it!

It's a nice stove that was very popular in the early 80's. There were three sizes of this model. There have been some problems with the baffle warping, but that can usually be ignored or repaired. Other than that, not much to tell. It was one of hundreds of steel stove models produced as a result of peak demand after the energy shock of the late 70's.
