Setup in a couple minutes - enough time to drive a couple stakes and string a rope. Portable.
Most have a winch, or a hydraulic unit, or cable pulls, something like that. Maybe it's like my lack of a tv in the house, I found I couldn't remember to get batteries for the remote, guesse I'll need to find something else to do - or, I can never seem to get a winch in the cart to bring home, let alone setup.
The pointed attachment is a rafting dog, used for cabling rafted logs together:
The dog has the same angle of incidence as a splitting maul, yet small enough to wedge very tight. Twist it to break it loose. Blocks offer 6:1 reduction, so 150lb reduces to 25lb.
