Fan speed issue

I’ve got a fireplace extraordinaire 44 elite that I’m heating roughly 3000 ft.² with and I feel like it could use about 50% more fan speed in order to heat the room, especially on cold days. How would one go about accomplishing this? The fan provided with it claims 388 CFM.

Also, we want to be able to run the fan on battery backup in the event of an outage, how many watts does the fan take?
