Favor to Ask on Safety Glasses

I want to buy a pair of Elvex safety glasses, model SG-37 (Over Spectacle), but there are no dealers in my region apparently. I would be extremely grateful to anyone who can locate a pair near them and mail them to me. Of course, I'll pay for them and the cost of shipping.

I don't know of an Elvex dealer near me, but I've ordered Elvex products from Utility Safeguard with good results. Shipping was reasonable, too.

Thank you. I know of this company. The glasses are about $7, shipping is $8. I'm hoping someone can buy them locally and just put them in a padded USPS envelope for $2.

Just think of it as 'are the glasses worth $15 if I saw them on the counter at local dealer?'

I have the same struggles with Amazon used books: a used book is $2 and $6 shipping. Once i th ink in terms of total cost to my door, is it worth it....it anin't so bad to stomach.

so for $6 difference, I'd order the glasses.

Or, order two pairs, and the shipping is less per piece.

Makes sense, Kevin. That's what I did. One pair will probably get scratched up after a while, anyway.
