Hi new to The Forum I have a quadrafire Castile that has a squeak/ rattle that emanates from the spring loaded handle you pulled empty the ash out of The Cauldron will try to attach a video here not sure if that will work the metal rod on the handle is touching the cabinet causing the squeal I am wondering if there might be a nylon bushing or something that is missing causing that to happen could someone confirm? And if so what is the part number name so that I can order it
