   Hi, I have a p35i and heat guard extension keeps on falling forward. It is a piece that goes behind the burn pot top guard and basically deflects heat from the part where the pellets are held. I put it back in place this morning but I noticed that it is falling forward again. Anyone else have this problem?

   So I just fixed it, the installers put it in backwards.
