Wind and rain here in the Catskills. Just heard one of my aluminum roofing panels flying off my wood pile. I hate that sound.
You can keep your wood dry for six months, and in six minutes it's soaking wet.
 
Know the feeling.
I finally built a wood shed 2 yeas ago & keep it filled so it's anchored down. So far it made 2 winters:)
 
I still have to straighten some of our coverings. Maybe in a couple days I'll get around to it. Been windy for several days and tomorrow is no exception.

But it will be dry in about 6 hours of sunshine. Don't sweat it too much.
