FRAM wood pellets ?

I just got off the phone with my local NEWP distributor (which I pre-ordered 3 ton of pellets back in early June). They told me that NEWP over commited and can't deliver to them until Jan 09.
They found a new pellet distributor called FRAM out of Georgia and are asking me if I would like to take 3 tons of these pellets instead of NEWP.

I went to their website, http://www.framfuels.com but there is very little information about ash content etc. It just says they are Premium pellets made with clean, white hardwood and pine.

Does anyone know anything about the quality of these pellets?
