Question:

I need a heat shield kit for a Franklin fireplace sold by Sears a long time ago as model no. 143.433. The kit is shown as part no. 42-84001 in the owner's manual. Sears does not stock or make these parts any more.
Look forward to hearing from somebody either with the parts or knowing where to find them...



Answer:

Gerry, could be very difficult as dozens of Franklin models were made. my guess is that you'll have to fabricate something in the field.
