Free wood score!!

My uncle called me up and said hey I got some wood if ya want it its all cut into 8 foot sections...if you don't want it its going to go into the swamp. Its been cut for about 3 years..... some of its past its time but most is ok

Must be he couldn't keep up with using the pile he had? Or did he stop burning?

Hard to believe that almost went to waste.

Good for you. It's sad how much wood goes to waste. Cut it and split it and let us know the moisture % enjoy the

he dont burn much he was just clearing woods n his son was going to take it but he hasent so its all mine..plus he has more green for me...this will mean i wont have to burn any really green wood this year i hope

Good for you. Get it split as soon as you can. You'll be surprised how much moisture is still in it.
