Yep, chilled water. 5 ton condenser and coil and a 200 something gallon fiberglass buffer tank. I have around 7 ton peak cooling load so I'll probably add a second 5 ton unit once the first one is up and running.

Whole hell of a lot cheaper then 4 separate systems and easier then the nightmare of getting all 4 running good.
 
If you currently have 2 gas furnaces with 160K Steady BTU output that just keep up on the coldest day..., Even a Max Caddy could not take care of all your BTU load. You would need 2 of them. A Max Caddy average BTU output is about 90K BTU.

Based on your budget you may have to re-think your strategy... Whatever wood burning decision you come to, think of it the other way around. Gas will be your primary heat and wood your secondary/backup & emergency supply.
