Glass Doors .... Why??

1. Burning stove with glass doors makes a great night lite.
2. Nice to know what's going on inside the stove without having to open the door.
 
Nothing really more to add here . . . but I will anyways.

1) The Neoceram or Pyroceram gives you a nice view of the fire . . . you'll sometimes find yourself turning off the TV to watch the fire instead
2) Giving you a view of the fire easily lets you know when it is time to reload
3) Maintaining the glass is pretty easy as long as you're burning seasoned wood -- quick swipe with damp newspaper and it's clean -- a weekly or bi-weekly 3-minute chore
4) If you're dead set against seeing the fire you can always go with the Woodstock Classic as folks have mentioned . . . or spray paint the ceramic with high temp stove paint ;)
