Google.org formed

Google has seeded to the tune of 1 billion a philanthropic organization to combat world poverty, disease and global warming. It's a unique, for profit organization that has some lofty goals. One of the first projects is to develop an ultra-fuel-efficient plug-in hybrid car engine that runs on ethanol, electricity and gasoline....
