I intended the title to be "Got to cut down an up tree" and we can't edit titles anymore.

Usually I cut up down trees, but last week my neighbor and I took down a nice sized Silver (I think) Maple that is on our property line. He is an electrician and owns an old bucket truck that he brought to the house. He went in the bucket with my MS180 and I worked the ground. We had some fun and did a pretty good job of roping everything down. Once we had the top of I dropped the stem across my driveway and onto my lawn.

Going down...

Here's my hinge. It dropped nicely right where I wanted it.

Nice work Steve. Those bucket trucks are great.

Impressive. Friends with toys are great things to have.
