Got Luck (nails in splits)

    Got around to splitting big ash tree I rounded up in spring. Missed these two nails. Right in the middle - a little luck on my side.

    I wish I knew about this site several years ago.....I would've taken a pic of the monster ash tree I cut down that had railroad spikes (lots of 'em) the whole way up the trunk, grown in! Destroyed a couple of chains on that tree, now for the big yard birds I take a metal detector along with me, for insurance!
