It's got a hanger on it.
If yours doesn't, you could use a little L bracket, a piece of hanger strap, a piece of 1x3 with a hole in it... you could probably even silicone it up there as it probably only weighs a few ounces. I'd go with a short piece of angle iron or corner moulding, myself, so I could get 2 of the fan screws in.
