Harman accentra insert question

    Hi,
    While doing my yearly cleaning, the insulation behind the access panel on the exhaust panel/esp probe just crumbled when I tried to move it . Is this important? Can I substitute something else? Does Harman make a replacement part?

    Mine did as well a few years back. I took the remaining piece off put the plate back on and screwed in the two wing nut (Screws). No issues and I don't think it can be replaced.
