Harman Mark II - is this pre EPA?

    I'm looking to purchase a used coal stove. Can someone tell me is this a pre or post EPA stove. Stove has a rag saying 1985 on it.

    I think maybe I used the wrong terminology, sorry. I've read some stoves, both coal and wood have secondary burn chambers for more efficient burning. How would I know if this stovewas made like this? Also if it has the air wash for helping keep the glass clean.
