I have had an XXV version for 5 years or so with no problems. It still works great but I've noticed that the blower fan shuts off for a short period then back on. It cycles like that for a quite a long time. The fan will even shut down briefly when there is still a flame. It doesn't stay off long when there is a flame so it still heats but it never used to cycle off and on. Anyone have an idea?

Welcome! Which settings are you running in and what's the outside temp? Your Harman will do that in certain situations with temperature and certain settings. If in room temp mode auto and the weather is not cold or is mild. The stove is doing what it needs to maintain your set temp.
